Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY! Returns/Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 7 days of invoice date. Final sale (no returns) on all sale items, jewelry, handbags, intimates, and accessories. Shipping/Handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached to the merchandise. You must have a receipt as well.
-All items purchased online, must be returned online.
Once the merchandise is returned/received, a store credit will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your store credit.
Due to credit card fees, processing fees, and website charges there maybe absolutely NO cancellations on orders placed through our online store. You may receive a store credit if you no longer wish to receive the merchandise.
